How long does it take to get my song?

Usually around 72 hours. If you need it faster, check out our priority delivery option, add it to the cart and we’ll pull off a miracle and deliver it within 6 hours. Inspiration works in mysterious ways, but we’ll always try.

How will I receive it?

Accepted Answer

You’ll receive a digital link directly in your inbox to listen, download, and share. If you ordered a frame, t-shirt, or another keepsake, those are shipped separately with care.

Can I make changes once I hear it?

You’ll receive three versions of your song to choose from. If you still want small tweaks, we’re happy to make them, check the product description for more info.

A digital song is $89, written from your story and meant to be treasured.
A custom Mynstrell song with a lyric T Shirt is $118, turning your words into wearable art.

How do I tell you what to include in my song?

Just fill in the form at checkout. Tell us what matters most: the details, the feelings, the moments that made it special. The more you share, the more the music will sound like you.

Do you create songs in other languages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Chose an option in the drop down while filling the form. If you need a language that is not listed, let us know, if we can sing it, we’ll do it.

I didn’t get my song. What now?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes emails take the scenic route. Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll send it again right away.

Can I share my song online?

Accepted Answer

Of course. It’s your story and your song. Share it, post it, or play it for the world. If you’d like to use it commercially, just message us first.
